Poster session

There will be two poster sessions organized, more details will be available at the registration. For poster presentations there will be panels with dimensions 70 cm x 100 cm (width x height).


Conference fee
We are happy to announce that the conference fee has been waived thanks to support from the COST. The conference fee will be one hudred euro (100 EUR). Included are light lunches for all four days, coffee & snacks for the breaks and one Conference Dinner.
Note that accomodation is not included, please check the hotels site for further information.

There are only limited places for participants!

Limited COST fundings are available to support travel and accommodation for participants from COST countries. In order to apply for it please fill in the following document and send it to us not later than January 15th. Information about funding acceptance will be send you not later than January 30th.

Cancellation policy

As we do not ask the conference fee there are no cancellation costs. However, please do NOT forget to cancel your participation as soon as possible by contacting the Organizers in case you are indisposed. You will block your place for other interested participants when you do not inform us about your cancellation.

On-site registration

Registration on-site will take place on Monday 23rd February between 08:15 and 08:45 in front of room A1 on the campus of the Science and Technology Park in Plzen.

Conference dinner and lunches

Light lunches will be ready near conference room. If you request a vegetarian meal or special diet, please contact us.

Technical details for HOC sessions

The Hands-on Sessions will take place in the conference room of Science and Technology Park in Pilsen. Please bring your own laptop.
